Procedure
As patient’s safety is priority number one, every treatment is preceded by specialized consultation with
a plastic surgeon, aesthetic doctor and anaesthetist.

Plastic surgery
- Patients coming for consultation should share their expectations with the plastic surgeon as well as informing them about the current medical condition, past illnesses and surgical procedures. Then
the doctor informs the patient about the possibility of the treatment including expected results,
risk of complications and course of recovery.
- For consultation appointment, call +48/33 8163300 or 01 (English spoken).
- Patients referred to a surgical procedure under general anaesthetic must first consult an anaesthetist. To make a direct appointment, call +48/602 684 833 (English spoken).
Admission and release procedures
Patients should arrive at the clinic at the arranged time and with all the medical documentation, results of recommended examinations and signed treatment approval which they received during the consultation. Pregnant and menstruating women cannot undergo operation.
Each patient should also bring
- an ID
- toiletries, pyjamas, slippers and all the necessary medicines unrelated to the treatment
- Inpatients should not administer such medicines on their own; they should transfer all the medicines to the medical personnel on admission.
Release procedure
- Each patient is informed about the time of their release.
- Before leaving the clinic, each patient receives medical recommendations in writing and, if necessary,
a prescription including dosage.
- Each patient receives a written release record.
